The scriptural verses mentioned are referring to sexual activity in general. If we define SA (sexual assault) as how feminists who live in first world countries define it, then yes. If we define SA as how it actually exists in reality, or something like the horrors that took place in Rwanda, Nanking, and Berlin, then no, the scriptures are not referring to actual SA.
