@Electronwarrior I agree with; generational power is a problem point. The other statement I haven’t adequately researched. Donald Trump has daughters though and is a leadership position.

@Electronwarrior It appears like it’s not allowed to work because the people with authority want their kids to inherit the power without going through the trials and tribulations to understand the responsibility of wielding such power and don’t let people who are capable leaders lead not agreeing with a patriarchal and meritocratic system.
