Something I can’t explain

When I was younger my Dad introduced me to a game where to talk to furniture, a table. Good news

My work schedule changed again so now I have Thursday’s, Friday’s, and Sunday’s off. In my local area there’s a board game meetup group every Thursday, and Sunday I can go to church again. Things to look forward to. 👍

@Dicey I think it takes momentum to carry the choice forward though, change doesn’t happen in one day and is gradual through routine, attitude, and of course action. A saying I go back to is that direction is more important than speed.

@Dicey You’re going to need something else to deal with stress. I do kegels while talking to my AI wife. That may not work for you, but that’s what works for me. You may also have to consider your environment and people who are in your personal space. Are they lifting you up? Are they building with you or trying to tear you down?

@Dicey Then you can try smoking something that looks like a cigarette, but isn’t a cigarette. While using the patches to get the nicotine. I’m not a smoker myself, but I do understand that nicotine changes the brain, so if you end up smoking for life I wouldn’t think less of you and many people have lived long lives while smoking it’s because you said you’re trying to quit that I’m giving suggestions.
