>is it possible to have a population of beings without parasites popping up from inside the group eventually because of evolutionary reasons? in my understanding parasitism is an evolutionary niche and if one parasite species dies out another species will evolve to fill the vacuum of survival strategies especially if there are abundant victims to leech off of.
