I’m reading that snap is currently unfunded but apparently Trump is saying that it’s just a legal issue and he’s unsure if he has the authority to direct funds to snap. Probably a delay tactic. I think he will end up caving and pay out, but as of now EBT should be dry except in states covering out of their own funds.
