But the ideals never died, and are gaining ground every day.

I don't get why the judge wouldn't sign the warrant. There's sufficient probable cause. Whether he has some 1A defense is just that, a defense. A defense doesn't negate probable cause for the arrest itself.

I hope all my friends who are being involuntarily transported to Hoth over the next few days stay warm and cozy and their electricity never cuts.
