You know what’s insane about plant based milk, is that any form of agriculture produces eutrophication. Growing food plant growth shouldn’t cause pollution.

Dairy is particularly evil . It relies no the very worst form of industrial agriculture the most polluting, the most water intensive versions, exclusive of grazing land.

Farms used to be much more integrated where animals provided valuable functions such as pest control and fertilization. it was circular.
