The culture and environment created by a people are the outward manifestation of that people's character. The Japanese create a place like Japan because the Japanese character produces that kind of place and culture. The Swiss create Switzerland, because that is the kind of people the Swiss are. India is the festering open garbage pit it is because it is a direct reflection of the Indian character.

India is India because that is the kind of place Indian people create. It is the outward reflection of their character. India's gods and religion are part of that. Your gods are rapists. Your people wallow in sewage and garbage. Christians build soaring cathedrals, split the atom, go to the moon, invent the internet, keep the land God gave them relatively clean. They don't spend their days scamming old people out of their life savings and getting run over by trains.
