I would actually disagree with that. Wholesome life is harder for everybody but for men today access to porn, booze, video games and gambling has literally never been easier. It is just as easy for both men and women to live selfish, hedonistic, self-destructive lives, you're just salty about women doing it because it means the female dating market is ruined. If you were a women you'd be complaining about how every man has death gripped himself through obsessive masturbation, expects you to be keen for disgusting painful sex acts he sees in porn, is irresponsible with money, has no job or education, and cares more about his gaming schedule than your interests.
This is that typical fallacy of "I'm normal and I have male/female friends who are normal but I see so many strangers of the opposite gender doing X Y Z so therefore that gender is ruined". My female friends do the same thing. In reality society at large is full of people who suck, its just that men being awful doesn't actually affect you so you're not paying attention.

What examples do you bring up for men? Porn a videogames? Men can cope with having their opportunities taken away, and that's equivalent to women doing whatever they want without consequences at the expense of men and society.
I can do the same thing and point out how many guys are pathetic losers with multiple kids who get some live in girlfriend to cook and clean for them, pay their bills, and they rampantly cheat on her, take her money and treat her like garbage. There's examples everywhere. Mostly it's awful people treating people awfully, and it's both genders failing in ways specific to their gender.
A high quality man today struggles to find a high quality woman. A high quality woman today struggles to find a high quality man.
