@s8n @Dicer You could argue that it died when the Louisiana Purchase happened because it created the concept of "Federal Land" that didn't belong to any state, and also the President didn't have the Constitutional authority to do the Louisiana Purchase in the first place.

Who was that President? Thomas Jefferson, the guy who WROTE the damn Constitution.

So America never really existed, and we're all still British or something I guess.
