@Tfmonkey that's a pity TFM. I was waiting for the stream to start and was already getting worried that the Feds shut you down. By the way, I always wanted to mention something to you regarding tea. Besides green tea which is of course great, there is a brew in South America called Yerba Mate which also has a lot of health benefits. I've been drinking it for decades. Mixed with some ginger, honey and lemon it tastes really good but I also drink it pure or in a blend with herbs.
@rs050474 I need caffeine but I hate the taste of coffee and black tea, so I used to drink diet soda, but soda has gotten so expensive that I gave green tea a shot.
@Tfmonkey Yerba Mate is a caffeinated beverage as well even though it is neither related to coffee nor tea. It is a totally different plant that is native to South America but the health benefits of drinking Yerba Mate are comparable and perhaps even superior to the health benefits that green tea offers. What's more, Yerba Mate is cheaper than green tea https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/327004#higher-bone-mineral-density and https://yerbamatero.com/blogs/guides/the-health-benefits-of-yerba-mate
@rs050474 I'd be wiling to try it, but green tea is already really cheap and I have never seen yerba mate in stores.
