If they punish Muslim rapists, the Muslims will riot, and that's bad for the government so they don't punish Muslim rapists.
White people not sucking Jew cock is a threat to the government, and they won't riot of you brutally crush them (just share stories on social media), so it's bad for the government to not brutally punish white people.
