What platforms do you use - Android, IOS, Linux, Windows?
OK, I don't know how technical you are but here goes anyway, it's a solid way to get manga without the bullshit.

Open the Terminal app and enter this command to install mangal:
curl -sSL mangal.metafates.one/install | sh
Once you've installed it enter the following command to download all 170-odd chapters in cbz format
mangal inline -S Mangadex --query "Solo Leveling" --manga first all --download --format cbz
Transfer to your phone and read in webtoon
I use Android/Linux so I'm not sure what options you have for IOS manga readers.
Whatever app you use, set the format to webtoon and enjoy the fuck out of Solo Leveling.
I warn you it's highly addictive and I take no responsibility for you ditching your normal daily life while you read it.
I found the Tower of God anime very confusing from a continuity perspective. Kinda ruined my enjoyment.
