Here you go., this looks like decent bacon:

* visually appealing
* cooked long enough to get rid of any bullshit
* some parts CAN be crispy but overall the texture is chewy
* takes well to condiments like mustard
* awesome in a BLT

In my experience, the salt flavor becomes too intense when it's too crispy.
