@Tfmonkey In the book Whole by Dr. Campbell he talks about the problem of the nutrition research, they study on nutrient in a food and not the entire food. This is why we have article meat good then meat bad. Wine good then opposite because companies want to sell vitamins instead of just eating the whole food. The book talks about vitamin E I think was healthy in plant products but deadly in pill form because other nutrients interacted with E in the whole food.
