Here's some interesting information from the Non-profit, ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences), which collects survey information of young females' feelings (highly valuable information, I'm sure you'll agree /s).
If you examine their results for 2022-2023 of +17k, 5-12th grade minor females accompanied by an adult during the survey, you'll see an interesting pattern: they aren't happy with their lives.

Key findings:
1) Lower confidence with 5th & 6th grade (Average 10-11 yrs old)
2) 79% of girls report large amounts of pressure and stress.
3) Median usage of social media by 5th graders is 4-6 hours per day.
4) Extreme sadness increased for all minor females.
5) 55% said they are afraid because the don't want to seem bossy.
6) School is the top stressor for minor females.
What are their recommendations: more money, more empowerment, more coddling
