Was it banned to prevent people from trying to persuade people to become transgender

Or was it banned to try to prevent people from exposing the truth about transgender surgery fraud that does not actually change your gender and cripples you

Or was it simply banned for explicit pictures and language in a a way that is neither pro nor anti trans

The reason for the banning is very important

& I am guessing the real reason is not to prevent further medical fraud
