@Justicar - People everywhere love power. All of those things are manifestations of power.

I'm a freedom loving guy, and I do my best to respect the freedoms of others like I think everyone should. But I love power. There are things I won't do to get it: lie, cheat, steal, etc... but power feels great.

It's like sugar. Always nice, but self-discipline is required.

Point being (if there is one), that I'm not surprised to see BRICS also seeking power. 🍻
