If you don't want to become a transwoman due to some religious belief, I suggest you move to a real job where you don't have female coworkers or don't have to interact with them at all, mostly because the job requires positive productivity.
Legally just become a contractor. If you're a normal employee, you probably made some low-risk low-paying boring choice along your life. Time to review life goals.
