It would, but as usual they have corrupted the term democracy.
The original term, Democracy from the Greeks, had a very clear definition:
Voting power to free male citizens (excluding slaves, women and foreigners explicitly).
The issue is not democracy, it's universal suffrage. They use both as synonyms but they aren't. Typical communist jewish satanic sophistry.
