North Korea might have less racial diversity and a higher birth rate than South Korea but South Koreans do not want to live there and many North Koreans would flee to South Korea if they could get away with it
I guess North Korea is a great example of why the race of people in the country you live in is not more important than their culture

What South Koreans??? There are barely any to keep their own country...much less populate anywhere else.
