What still surprises me is that in the modern world were we literally have centuries of every solution, law and experiments that were done essentially everywhere and we can not only deduce, but see the real life implementation and results of every time these ideas were tried, men STILL ignore all this plethora of information.
NPCs cannot be reasoned with, a player must not spend time with them. Just skip the dialogue and they will adapt to whatever you do.

Many places have tried that. What men did was put their properties into trust or holding companies and pass them the company shares.
The reason most men don't do it is the same reason they get married: they're dumb and are npcs in automatic mode.
