There are some skewed considerations since this is the Netherlands, who basically speak very good english and fully embrace dutch speakers (which is why belgians, UK, Irish and americans are so welcome).
Plus, Germans, Austrians and Swiss have little to no reason to immigrate to it, since it's the same culture with a different language.
