They could be false flags to gather support to install more surveillance and eventually gin up trouble to justify militarization.
Europe will have to go back to a more military age and they're woefully behind.
It could be as simple as jews wanting to deport muslims. These are not smart people, just evil.

I'm out of my depth to even imagine what exactly is the beef that would lead to something like this, but it's probably some kind of geopolitical tit-for-tat bullshit.
Maybe some shit related to Israel vs. France's interests in Lebanon.
France has a million little pressure-points with which to respond. Perhaps they might put an op-ed in Le Figaro declaring circumcision is barbaric and should be banned...
Whatever is their best move, they certainly know it, and they're certainly taking appropriate action. Geopolitics is, after all, their forte.

Europe doesn't want Russia pushing west through Ukraine and into actual EU territory. But there's no sense in giving any money to Ukraine because all of its resources are already spoken for.
So if Europe is going to actually back-stop Ukraine, they need to oust the Zalinsky regime and replace them with someone who is willing to give the spoils of war to EUROPE, not America.
So you're gonna see saber rattling about getting rid of Z because Europe wants either the US to fund the war until Russia stops advancing. Or they want the US to walk away so they can oust Z and replace him with a Europe-friendly president who will renege on Ukraine's agreements to the US and then make those same agreements with Europe.
The US is in a fucked situation here because either they keep this ugly hole in their pocket, or they they lose Ukraine to Russia, or they lose Ukraine to Europe.
