I'm going to respond to this because I think it this seems logical to many Whites. They acknowledge that there is no political path to restore a White supermajority in America, but posit that with Republicans you can at least slow the bleeding. Even this is not always true (Reagan) but for those responding to the record numbers of non-Whites that flooded into America under Biden it can sound reasonable.
It's supposed to.
This is how the ratchet works. Democrats open the floodgates and expand every possible path for non-Whites to enter the country. Republicans talk tough, make promises about deportations and border enforcement, take office, maybe slow the flow for a few years while expanding legal categories like H1B visas and failing to reverse the previous demographic changes. The new baseline is now the floor. Rinse and repeat.
Democrats are open about what they want. They enthusiastically expand immigration, celebrate demographic replacement, and are openly hostile to Whites. That clarity accelerates White identity, and makes the process of White replacement visible to Whites who might otherwise "trust the plan" under a Republican administration, causing them to lose faith in the system responsible for White replacement and to begin looking for non-political options.
Republican administrations keep Whites politically domesticated and channel their in-group preferences towards partisan politics and away from racial interests. This creates an environment we are all familiar with where Whites advocating for White interests who criticize a Republican administration are met with hostility from other Whites who now identify more with a political party than their own race.
Investing in Republicans is not damage control. It's participation in a demographic management system. It keeps Whites invested in a process that has already demonstrated it does not and will not reverse White replacement, while simultaneously giving it legitimacy and granting it the authority it needs to complete the process.
In other words, they are not delaying a worst case scenario, they are ensuring the process remains politically sustainable for longer.
