Of course they can. It's not unusual for different species to be able to cross-breed.
Most dna characteristics are not related to outer appearance: there are many traits that are internal, often determining how the organs, circulatory system, bones, their brain activities, hormones and even how their core lizard cortex behave.
Which is why many of the behavior that we carry are biologically determined by our genetics and jews are not exception, no matter how they try to disguise.

Well, I guess my opinion on this is pretty well known by now...
1. The 3rd reich did not actually adopt hard money, so their financial system was still dependent on a pinky-swear
2. They just didn't last long enough to know if their financial/political system was sound.
So in my opinion, the Byzantine Empire is a far better example - wherein Emperor Constantin stabilized the Solidus at 4.45 grams of gold - and managed to establish a literal thousand year empire.
And Byzantine treatment of Jews was not to exterminate, nor even to expel, but rather to regulate them.

The problem are not bankers per say, no matter how much I hate jews.
The issue is fiat money and fractional banking. Banks need to operate responsibly if there is a hard currency and bank euns/loans protections in place (insurance mostly).

There is an investigation and a trial where they determine if the company is liable for damages. If yes, their liability insurance covers everything. Then the insurance company decides by how much they cause their premiums or drop them entirely.
