Hey Scubbie, a great man (WLP) wrote about that future scenario in The Turner Diaries where the situation was so dire that everyone had given up but a small motivated intelligent minority was able to turn it around.
Propaganda works for both sides, depends on what kind of actors your side is able to co-opt - whites have quality over quantity, tactics must adapt.

And morally the right thing to do. This world is too difficult for them.

It is truly evil.
If you really want to help Africa, white/asian men have to go there and do 3 things:
1. Impregnante as many african women as possible in order to raise their average IQ.
2. Give african men jobs. Not build or give them stuff - legit go there and employ the african locals to learn and work for everything themselves.
3. Give incentives to the Africans who left Africa to come back!
