One of the concepts of Stonism prions are virtually incapable of understanding or even achieving basic competency in is taming the animal within. It starts with acknowledging you are an animal with animal instincs, then comes recognizing individual instinctive drives. After one recognizes them they can then learn to control but not necessarily repress them, teaching oneself to allow themself to be influenced within reason. One obvious way to control the urge is to not allow a building up of desire.
