My best friend and his wife rent their house from his boomer McChristian parents, they charge them a few hundred bucks over the house payments so they can make a profit off their own kids. Then they took out a 2nd (possibly 3rd actually) mortgage on the house to finance a vacation to Israel (organized by their strip mall church,) and then raised their rent even more lmao
