Tea talk:

I like strong black tea but the high amount of tannins disagrees with my GI trackt.

It seems changing to coffee wouldn't too much as they have they have similar caffeine to tannins ratio.

Guess moderation is the key to this.

@apopheniac I love water, and not any kind of water, it has to be specific drinking water from certain brands that run their reverse osmosis through two two different layer of activated carbon filters, one to filter small particulates and odors, and the second one to give it a distict flavor that I like. It sucks. Being able to taste water and be able to tell the difference.

@37712
For me its the nostalgic for the well water of my childhood home.

@apopheniac never tasted well water, now I am curious, but I really hate arrow head spring water, taste terrible.

@37712 @apopheniac nothing better than sweet well or spring water. as for coffee/tea, maybe cold brewing helps with the acidity or tannins? I know cold brew coffee tastes a lot less acidic
