Companies do team building backwards and wonder why it doesn't work.

The correct way to do team building is to give a day off to the team if the project is completed early.
Then if we so desire we will meet up instead of this inorganic nonsense we have now.

@basedbagel I always thought that team building is there to alienate the middle management from the workers so that the managers are more likely to do what they are ordered to do. It's also a good opportunity to identify suitable management material, those who can get everyone else to carry their weight.
