@Fiddle just remembered - it's the "siege of Kiev" or the "fail to take over Kiev" all over again. Russia NEVER stated taking over Kiev as a goal for the Special Military Operation
Putin did say if they WANTED TO they could take Kiev in 3 days, but every talking head is saying Russia failed miserably because they didn't take Kiev.
