Trump must move hard and fast to get his agenda enacted. He’s going to be opposed not only by the bureaucrats of the Deep State but also
the courts, congressional Democrats, and soft Republicans.

Fortunately, President Trump, as chief executive – the unitary executive – has tremendous authority. He and his appointees, as well as Republicans in Congress, must use it.
