A country does not need an average IQ of 130 to have freedom. The US was free in 1980 and did not have an average IQ of 130.
Was it really free in 1980? That was nine years after Tricky Dick Nixon killed the last of the dollar gold standard and unleashed full-scale global fiat rot.
But it probably now has an average IQ of 97.
