You bring up a good point.

But the answer is no, not really.

Those that seek power are responsible for themselves, and those that ignore those in power are responsible for themselves as well.

But if no one does anything, then no one is really responsible except for the powerful.

The weak are meat the strong will eat, and you are all meat.

We are busy building parallel economy and services while not drawing attention of those capable of wiping us out with ease. Speaking up about it doesn't make one responsible unless they are also taking measures to improve it.

Any action made without population support is wasted. Population support will came just after the crash. Somehow people need to be almost destroyed to find a reason to react. Now setting ourselves in a safe position is the smartest thing to do. History has to unfold.
