I'm gonna take the advice I've heard from some olympic runner that unless they have a genetic predisposition for running long distances, jogging is really bad for most people, triggering all kinds of survival mechanisms and actually causing weight gains / gut development because your lower brain functions think you're being chased by predators all the time. According to that guy, walking - with or without baggage or extra weights - is preferrable.
Certainly applies to me, I can walk for hours but even a short run and I'll simply disintegrate 😅
