Civil War 2.0 will be different than the first Civil War because the enemy is everywhere.
Hopefully, Americans will agree that the elites, soldiers, Gestapo, and politicians are the enemy and the Civil War doesn't become a race war or a war between Nazis and Commies.

Cross off many of the soldiers as the enemy. That question, when posed to an active duty soldier is, and will always be, "if ordered to, yes." When his family members, and friends are murdered..... I have grandchildren who hold keys to the armories.
@freepatriot I think the civil wars of the future, in western democracies will be hidden in plain sight in the form of low-intensive resistance, and small outbursts of violence here and there.
For instance, the past week, 4 nazis were convicted in Stockholm after having walked around the city center beating up 3 immigrants as part of their ideology and, I assume, for fun.
Now imagine this on a scale that's 10000x higher.
