Maybe 30 years ago it would have been considered an edgy and cool positive message. Something a kid could use to really stick it to his crochity old racist parent/grandparent he can't stand. Or on a good day that cop who just wont leave him and his friends alone because he's too fat, lazy, stupid and overall cowardly to take down a real criminal that commits real crimes nigger.
