I never thought I'd see a city with worse traffic issues than Los Angeles until I visited Austin, TX.
If you like spending a LOT of time in your car, sweating your ass off in summer and freezing it off in winter AND having to deal with major homeless issues - move to Austin.

I stayed in Little Rock a couple of times, it's a small town.
I found people to be very friendly and glad to have a new face among them. I went to the local indoor municipal pool, which was very nice.
