They're talking about seat belts for bicycles. If you crash and the bike goes flying, it might get lost and pollute the environment.

You must read "Unveiling Andersonville: The Secrets of a Civil War Prison" by Andy Reven. This nonfiction book is a real page-turner and profound. It is the best book about soldiers who faced struggles long ago. Google it now.
