The only thing in there that rejects logic and truth like you assert, is "epistemological nihilism", which is very specific and not at all what someone who calls themself atheist would believe, since, like I said before, it requires believing "There is no God" to be a logical, true statement. The other stuff is just a intellectualized philosophy around beliefs around meaninglessness of life, which excludes Christians but isn't limited to atheism at all so barely related. For instance, believers in a "mad" or indifferent deity could also have this philosophy, and many (reddit) atheists are utilitarian because they believe feeding nigger babies is the true meaning of life
