Civil asset forfeiture is immoral and reduces the level of trust that fair-minded individuals have in their government law enforcement.

Sometimes I wish my mind wasn’t constantly making connections and seeking out all the evilness promoted and enacted by the government and the overlords behind the scenes pulling the strings. Yesterday I came across several stories about Iran’s decade long drought suddenly subsiding after they took out all the U.S. radar installations in the Middle East.

I was talking with a neighbor the other day – a neurosurgeon, by nature and by profession a truly careful guy. Not someone who freaks out in an emergency. Not someone given to exaggeration.

He shook his head and said something I’ve been hearing more and more lately:

“Nothing adds up anymore.”

I may have to buy a Toyota/Lexus in the future because I won’t buy another German car unless it’s older.
