If it is legal should people in the United States and Europe strongly encourage but not force white adult people with down syndrome to move to Africa to marry African people with out a retardation medical diagnoses but with a similar IQ who want to marry white people
Would this raise the average white IQ and reduce welfare expenditure without lowering the average black IQ and additionally make black people that wanted to marry a white person happy that they married a white person

@controlc in essence it's no different to ipv4, other than there's more addresses, so less NAT is required. (Technically there's a lot of difference, but most of that is hidden by applications, and users don't need to care)
It's not the limitation of the IPv4 that made things centralised.
Bittorrent, IPFS, Freenet, I2P, Jabber/XMPP, IRC, FTP etc etc are all well decentralised already and work on IPv4.
It just takes people to be bothered enough about security, privacy, decentralisation and the harms of "big tech" to actually use them.
It does, however, mean that there's more choice for people to run their own servers from home, if that's what they want to do.

Caucasoid races are split into aryan (good!), semitic (bad! arabians here) and hamitic. You also have the mongoloig and negroid races, but those we can leave aside for the moment.

@cbcnews @world-cbcnews There's no question about it. the EU is a failing socialist project, with severe authoritarian tendencies. It's politicians live like kings, tax benefits, enormous salaries, and immunity from the law.
Canada is socialist too, so it would be stupid of them to say no to this deal for themselves. They would become very rich if they joined.

I'm lucky... I was able to flee to the single operator left in my country that support my old Nokia 110 4G, so there I will stay until late 2027 when they shut down dumbphones. After that, it will probably be VoIP for me.
