Women tend to find the same types of men attractive - there's almost no variance - so lots of men are just unattractive to women.
The women get railed by the attractive men, and give up and turn to the unattractive men. They are bitter and resentful towards the unattractive man, who will eventually get fed up and turn them away for their bitterness.
I don't see what sort of learning or growth can be done. It is over for her, there is not really anything that can be done...

If there is enough enforcement of consequences for bad behavior, then less women will behave badly. Unfortunately, many women conclude that they can avoid consequences. They are somewhat correct about that.
