From what I can remember about Ramsey, he does not have a positive view of younger generations, and believes much of the blame of their own financial and wealth situations are caused by their supposed sloth, failure to accrue wealth early, and unwisely acquiring heavy debt equally as early.

If that is the sense, the sense of, "you didn't tell your youngins to pull them up by the boot straps hard enough," then he's just being a incompetent influencer, at best.

And note that I do not disagree that a significant portion of Millennials and Zoomers are in the dire straits from those self-causes I listed, but they are not the sole or ultimate cause of the West's total economic disaster, nor is the majority of youth suffering from those causes.
