@Sazabeyourself @deprecated_ii This has to be one of the most retarded things I have ever seen. If it is somehow legal as this man claims, I guarantee there will be laws put in place to make it illegal. Can't get property taxes from people like this, so they will for sure close this alleged loophole as well.
