@PNS first piece of advice is not to be a propagandist faggot. Portland is not as bad as it has been made out to be. We went there last year and had a fantastic visit. Like anywhere there is places you don't want to go but overall it was still the same place. What's happening at the Federal Building is unacceptable but that's not the whole city. We walked Hawthorne, went to my favorite restaurant on 23rd and drove all over. It was a great visit and I'm excited to go back.

That's just the problem though. There should not be any places "you don't want to go" due to safety reasons. That is a failure of the government to either fix the problem or allow the people themselves to fix the problem with proper self-defense policies.
I'm not saying there isn't a problem there. I'm saying that the guy in the video is a bitch. If you are scared in Portland, you're gonna have a bad time in a lot of cities. Shit, IMO Seattle is worse.
Portland is a problem because of the failure of government and police. It's a minority of activists that have been given a green light to cause mayhem.
I agree with you that there shouldn't be places you don't go in any place.
