They're talking about the reasons women don't have more kids, one apparently being not enough rights:

@nickname Never ask women their opinions, just watch what they do. Asking women what would induce them to have more kids is like asking your mom for advice for how to attract women.
She's never going to admit to anything that makes her look bad, so she'll give you shitty advice like "be a gentleman" or something.
