@nomebullyyou @Bernard Regarding MKULTRA, nobody I ever talk to about it, denies it; but very often they refuse to digest it. I think they take comfort from it “coming to an end”, and tell themselves “they wouldn’t do something like that again; not to us — when it’s obvious they never really ended it.
