I think they are saying it in Ebonics hoping more black people with a 1.2 GPA will apply to Harvard because Harvard would rather have another black person with a 1.2 GPA than another Asian person with a 4.0 GPA

However I am only guessing and for legal reasons I am stating that I do not know this is Harvard's admisdion policy for sure
